The Blackout: ‘We’ve Always Wanted To Be An Energetic Live Band’
Mission accomplished then...

2011 has been another year of celebration for The Blackout, a band that play every live show like it will be their last. Will that ever change? Hopefully not...
"A lot of our favourite bands, as they've got older, have toned it down a lot," says vocalist Sean Smith in Rock Sound Issue 156, on sale now. "And we've always wanted to be an energetic live band, and I don't think that's ever going to change - I always want to run about and smash things, so that's what we're always going to do."
Good. Go see the band fight the post-Christmas bloat at the following dates:
DECEMBER
29 - OXFORD Academy
30 - CARDIFF Great Hall
