ShrinebuilderShrinebuilder will be heading back our way in December after the ash cloud from Iceland’s Eyjafjallajokull led to the cancellation of their Rock Sound-sponsored show at London’s Scala in April.

Speaking to Rock Sound, drummer Dale Crover told us: “We were all really bummed about not making it over. We were really excited as there was a bit of a buzz about the band, especially in the UK. We were on our way and got stranded in New York for five days and the volcano was still blowing ash so we thought, ‘We better re-schedule this thing as even if it does stop, what if we get stuck? What if it goes off while we’re in the air and we get re-directed to who knows where?’

"So we’re going to re-schedule the whole tour. I think we’ll be in London in December.

Merry Christmas.
