The Gaslight Anthem Rock Sound has learnt that some people are yet to receive their Reading and Leeds tickets as late printing and dispatching has left music fans annoyed and let down.

See Tickets (the same company involved in the ticketing issues at the Rage Factor concert earlier this year) have posted an explanation and apology online but many festival attendees are still angry at the inconvenience and disruption.

Since there is no box office onsite at either festival this year, those who cannot wait for delivery and need to arrange pickup will either have to go to Crash Records in Leeds or the Hexagon in Reading, both are offsite locations.
