Reading And Leeds 2010: Blink-182 Already Planning UK Return
Before the band close Reading 2010 plans are being made for a fresh batch of Blink-182 tour dates in 2011.
With Leeds just under their belts and with the closing slot of Reading 2010 to go you would think that Blink-182 had enough to think about. But, despite the chaos the band are already making plans to return to the UK for more shows. Good news we think.
"We were just having a meeting about our touring plans today," Mark Hoppus told Rock Sound moments ago. "I think we're going to try and come back here in Summer next year. It all depends on how fast we write the next record but we're already making plans to come back as soon as possible."
Why the rush back to the road? Well, simply put, the band are loving what they do.
"To step back into doing this after six years and have it be as big as it ever was is incredible for us," the bassist continued. "We're appreciative of every single person who comes to see us. Looking back, we were so caught up in the moment that only when it was taken away from us did we realise how fucking amazing it was to be in Blink-182."
To read more from this Blink-182 interview you're gonna have to pick up the next issue of Rock Sound, sorry and all that, how about we give you some live shots from Leeds to keep you going? Ok, deal.
