Post-hardcore legends Glassjaw have been added to the line-up of Hevy Festival!

The band will close the main stage on Sunday August 08 with a rare and exclusive UK appearance.

“Glassjawʼs music has deﬁned a genre and inspired a whole generation of bands, but their live shows are even more intense than their records. It's easy to understand why these guys have been elevated to rock royalty status," organisers James Dutton and Claire Baker said recently. “With Glassjaw joining the likes of Gallows, The Subways, Sepultura, Fucked Up, Rolo Tomassi, Napalm Death, Polar Bear Club, Young Guns, Devil Sold His Soul, Trash Talk & Sylosis, we canʼt wait to bring these incredible bands together for the Hevy Music Festival 2010. Itʼs going to be one hell of a weekend!”

Rock Sound can also announce that we will be sponsoring the festival's second stage hosting Devil Sold His Soul, Trash Talk, Sylosis, Bury Tomorrow, Chickenhawk and EastStrikeWest with more to be confirmed.
