Sam Duckworth tells Rock Sound he's "trying to keep things a little more traditional"

Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly.Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly has announced details of his third studio album, which is self-titled and to be released on September 13 through Cooking Vinyl.

"The time since the last album was spent working out what I wanted to create," Duckworth told Rock Sound. "I needed to get into a headspace of working out what I enjoy and what I wanted to create. And it was great to take some time out and listen to music and do things completely unrelated to music."

"You get desperately bombarded with information whenever a record comes out, and I’m trying to keep it a little more traditional by playing shows and making it more focused around the music rather than making it hyped. That could be seen as naïve, but I’m putting my trust in the record and my ability to play live shows."
