Download 2010: Lamb Of God Take The Low Road To Download
Randy Blythe's journey to Download 2010 has been interesting to say the least; hookers, riots and bamboo anyone?
Lamb Of God's have taken the road less travelled to get to Download this year.
"We started this tour in India playing to 7,000 fans on a stage made of wood and bamboo," frontman Randy Blythe told Rock Sound earlier today. " Surprisingly it was very sturdy. From there we went to Israel and then arrived in Greece during a full on riot. Our hotel was in the craziest district, there were people shooting dope in the streets and I had two hookers having a knife fight outside my room!"
And some people say touring life is easy!
Lamb Of God play the Maurice Jones Main Stage on Saturday at 15.45.
