Cancer Bats Nominated For JUNO Award!
The Canadian hardcore heroes are up for 'Rock Album Of The Year.' We hope they win.
Cancer Bats have been announced as one of the band's nominated for a prestigious JUNO award, (the Canadian equivalent of the Grammy's).
The hardcore quartet are nominated in the 'Rock Album of the Year' category for 'Bears, Mayors, Scraps & Bones,' alongside Die Mannequin, Finger Eleven, Hail The Villain and Matthew Good. In other categories Canadian legend Neil Young is up for 'Artist Of The Year,' and Arcade Fire are nominated for 'Album of the Year,' 'Alternative Album of the Year,' 'Group of the Year' and 'Songwriter of the Year.'
While other Rock Sound Canadian favourites like Comeback Kid and Melissa Auf Der Maur may have been overlooked, at least Justin Bieber was nominated for 'Pop Album of the Year.' Wait...
