Guns ‘n’ RosesAxl Rose has got the hump again, this time with Guitar Hero makers Activision Blizzard Inc as he claims they used 'Welcome To The Jungle' on Guitar Hero III in ways that violated his permission as majority trademark owner. The violation? Too much Slash!

The singer is suing and it could cost the game manufacturers $20 million dollars according to this article!

As always Rock Sound's has a theory about what is really going on. We reckon the majority of the cash will be used to pay off Axl's touring fines for playing late every night with the remainder going on more highly decorated and not-at-all-naff jackets for any future live appearances. Makes perfect sense right?
