Two Tongues

Two TonguesWhat do you get when you cross Saves The Day with Say Anything?

You get Two Tongues, a subtle supergroup for fans of smart, heartfelt, emotive rock music.

After working together on a Bob Dylan song for a Doghouse Records compilation in 2006 Saves The Day vocalist Chris Conley was contacted by Say Anything frontman Max Bemis to see if he was interested in recording an album together. He was, they did and it resulted in the swarm of ideas and influences that is their self-titled debut. Imagine the best mix of everything you love about the two bands, add in a few new twists and shapes, sprinkle with some clever nods to guitar pop and you have an idea of what this record sounds like. Rock Sound loves it and wholeheartedly recommends Two Tongues to your ears.
