Up early'ish today so we could get to Bristol, drop our stuff at the venue and get to the pub to watch the England game. The weather was amazing and Bristol is a well nice city so good times.

Our bassist Hub has a good friend called Jo aka 'Chatter Box', so we met up with him early on for some booze and hangouts. A lot of time was spent bugging Jo to rap battle our guitarist/vocalist Ben, unfortunaely our hip hop host didn't bite, which was a big shame. Seeing Ben get lyrically slaughtered would have been highly entertaining...next time though!

Lots of male bonding over sport today with the Throats guys. The people at the venue have been looking after us real well and the food was awesome. Food at shows is such a good thing and always massively appreciated by touring bands. Ditto free booze! Show tonight was real fun, sound was massive and people there seemed to really dig it. A young support band did an awesome Suicide File cover which was a personal highlight of the evening.

Hung round for a while before heading back to Jo's to keep the party goin. By 3:30am we had Hub modeling an assortment of masks for us in his boxer shorts. The older our bassist gets, the more he seems to like getting his kit off for the lads. I wouldn't say he enjoys it, I'd say he absolutely loves it. That and more had us crying with laughter all night!

Keeping our ears stimulated today has been Bridge and Tunnel, Bangers, Burning Love and a bit of Phil Collins live. Two days in and all good so far. Sweeeeeet!
