Massively lazy day as we'd slept at home last night. No interesting stories during the day, we headed to the show round 4:30pm. We got there at the same time as Throats so we all loaded in, chilled eating some food, drinking some beer and had a casual sound check. Big props to the promoters for looking after us well!

The show was really cool and was busy again which real cool. Our drummer Poz, guitarist Ben and singer Si grew up in the surrounding area to Boro, so they got to catch up with a load of mates which was pretty cool for them.

After the show we heard there was a strip place upstairs, so naturally we went to check it out. I only saw one stripper and she didn't take her underwear or top off which was a bit mad considering it was a strip club. Maybe they saved that for the paying folk? We chilled there for a little before heading back to the venue to load our stuff out.

As we were loading out we were approached by a random women that looked 25 - 30. Anyway she ended up telling us all she was a gypsy and was about to get married though she didn't fancy it anymore. As we were travelers like herself she decided she wanted to run off and come touring with us. Naturally we said go for it, there was a space in the Throats van, so we did the gentleman thing and took her back to Newcastle with us all.

I won't lie, some of us were genuinely worried we might wake up tomorrow with everything stolen, though some of us were thinking with a different part of our anatomy. Pretty funny either way...We headed back to Newcastle with Throats and our new gypsy friend and drank til the sun came up. Cool day!

Tonight the van stereo was rockin Beecher, The National and Talk Sport.
