Today we were headed to Plymouth to see The Bronx and The Ghost of a Thousand before we played their aftershow party with The JCQ.

Joining us on tour today was our infamous Jenna Lee, who was arriving in High Wycombe station for midday. So we said our goodbyes to the Throats guys for the day and headed straight into High Wycombe to pick Jenna up and go for some breakfast.

Today felt even hotter than the day before and we were all feeling pretty disgusting whilst heading to Plymouth. Arrived in town to find The JCQ looking somewhat worse for wear as they'd been at Glastonbury festival last night. Very jealous! Genuinely damaged was the best description for half the band. After speaking to the promoter and sorting ourselves out a bit we went in and caught up with our friends in The Ghost Of A Thousand. Also very good dudes, so we were in good company to watch The Bronx.

Ghost and the Bronx were both cool and we all agreed that we'd never been in a venue so sweaty in our lives. The aftershow party was real cool also, though staying sober until it was our time to play was becoming harder and harder. We held it together anyways and considering it was 1am when we went on, it actually went pretty well.

After playing we were staying with the drummer of Crazy Arm, but we had to wait until he finished work at the venue. Getting shit faced is usually the best way to pass the time and this occasion was no different. We left the venue at 3:45am and headed back to crash out.

The place we were staying at was a bit crazy as most of the people when arriving were out of their minds on drugs (but still very pleasant all the same). We didn't stay up overly long though as we had plans to get up to travel to bournemouth early so we could catch the match before the show. Sleeping in a house full of people on drugs is easier said than done but we managed a few hours...Tunes keeping us going in the van throughout the day were Them Crooked Vultures, Against Me!, The Shitty Limits, Cursed, Polar Bear Club and Hot Water Music.

Fingers crossed England win tomorrow so it's good vibes at the show!
