There are at least 18 bands with the names The Angels or Angels 1. Angels (Croatian) Angels influences Alice Cooper, Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, AC/DC, Van Halen, The Poodles, Dungeon, LORD, Manowar, Guns N' Roses, Iron Maiden, KISS, Bryan Adams, Lita Ford, Doro Pesch. Martina (Mimi) Begčević and Matilda Oroši was to form an all female Hard Rock group. Tea Misković and Irena Rogović had the same taste in Hard Rock music and the Angels were formed in Croatian at Crikvenica. Angels entered the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 and performed “Party djevojka” (English title is “Party Girl”) and were signed with Croatia Records. Australia Rock music promoter and Film Director Steve Ravic recruited the girls to record a song ‘Slave Of Love’ for the movie Warrior in 2007. The group formed alliance with Steve Ravic and Vesna Trokter of Majestic Entertainment. Angels recorded their first album in English and Croatian, Lord Tim mixing and mastering 'Rock The World' album at SLS Studios in Australia. The group Australian tour was filmed for Croatian and International television the bands first DVD in 2009. Angels will promote 'Rock The World' on a European tour beginning at the Magic Circle Festival with Manowar in July 2010. The album 'Rock The World' video clips will appear on world television screens for Christmas and New Years 2010.
