AFI To Perform ‘Sing The Sorrow’ In Full At Special Anniversary Show

AFI are going to be celebrating 20 years of their seminal album by performing it in full for the first and last time next year.

Back in 2003 AFI released the ‘Sing The Sorrow’, an album that would combine their past sound with their present ambitions and send them catapulting into an incredible future.

It is dark, dramatic and full of absolutely spine-tingling moments.

And they are going to be celebrating its 20th anniversary in some style.

The band will be taking over The Forum in LA for one night only, and playing the album in full for the first and last time.

And if that’s not enough, they will also be joined by Jawbreaker, Chelsea Wolfe and Choir Boys.

What a special line-up and occasion it will be.

It will be taking place on March 11 with tickets on sale this Friday (November 18).

And here’s a classic to get you in the mood:

The band released their latest album ‘Bodies’ last year, which we chatted to the band about for a special edition of Rock Sound.
